Home Screen Explorations

 
 

Situation

My team and I were tasked with doing individual explorations on how we might improve the home screen based off of what user feedback was available to us at the time, and also leaning on our own insights to make suggested changes. 

 

My initial thinking was to give the account information higher priority in the informational hierarchy, as I felt like this information is more vital to the user.

By making account information more prominent in this way, users would more readily be able view their account information / activity, which would make the experience more streamlined and efficient. Additionally, by presenting the info in this way, it might strengthen the mental model for the user to associate their accounts with their Fidelity Bloom debit card.
