Roles AND Responsibilities:

Lead UX Design Projects: Lead all efforts involving the creation and implementation of user experience strategies for Bank of America’s internal tools, prioritizing user needs at each stage.

End-to-end Application Design: Lead application design from brainstorming and wireframing to deployment, delivering production-ready design deliverables for Bank of America.

Collaborative Stakeholder Involvement: Advocate for core design concepts and foster strong collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Rapid Prototyping: Working in Figma to swiftly develop and evaluate functional prototypes, and rapid iterations

High-Fidelity Deliverables: Produce refined design assets, ensuring strict adherence to brand identity standards, as well as usability and accessibility best practices.

Dev Handoff: Partner with development teams and other cross functional partners to review final deliverables, confirming they meet established criteria and quality benchmarks.
